 Based on your observations (interface, interactivity, information etc) towards your selected video conferencing application, list down at minimum of FIVE(5) advantages and FIVE(5) disadvantages of the software.

1. User Control and Freedom	Users can easily mute their mic and hide the video camera while on meeting.	Users cannot leave the meeting even already click the exit button on the tab.
2. Match between system and the real world	The users can easily understand each of the features that shown in the button of the software.	The user will have a difficulties on Understanding the system-oriented terms in the software .
3. Flexibility and Efficiency of use	The interface of Cisco Webex is suitable for first time user.	It can be a bit difficult when someone new to the app to learn it for quite a time.
4. Consistency and Standards	The users will be able to use the software without any problem occurs because of the consistency of the software	The button sometimes will pop-up asking the users.
5. Aesthetic and minimalist design	The minimalist of the software is nice to see and users to use	The design sometimes is quite unusual for the first time user

1. Checkout operators - the system they will be using is cashier machine as they scanned the barcode each items before the customers pay for the items.

2. Managers - the managers using the PC or desktop computer for check all the stock and record the management for the stock of the store.

3. Customers - mostly customer will interact with their smartphones to check the prices of certain item before they buy.
